Education
I have a degree in Engineering Physics from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. Thanks to my engineering studies, I enjoy and succeed at solving problems that can come up during a real estate transaction. Since starting real estate in 1999 by designing and marketing my own vacation property rental website called Timetoshare, I have continued to expand my knowledge of contractual law and negotiation techniques. Those skills help ensure a smooth and fair transaction. I also have a broker's license, which is considered the top educational level in real estate.
